Collation and Tray Packaging

There are many applications where collating thermoformed products can improve manufacturing processes. This can be for transport, where components of a product need to be shipped to a secondary packing company, or just to protect them during transfer to warehouses.

Collation trays have many advantages and possible uses. Plastic trays with shaped cavities can be a good way to identify missing components from a multi component item to be assembled at a later date. In a warehousing capacity trays can also be used to simplify and improve stock taking, and to allow smaller goods to be stored vertically more efficiently, whilst protecting the
